Aliaksandr Lukashenka's pre-electoral program published

State newspapers have published presidential candidate Aliaksandr Lukashenka's pre-electoral program today. The program is called "From keeping to increasing!". The introduction to the program states that not only a President will be elected on December 19, but the "way of the country's further development". Lukashenka declares he faces election with "strong belief in the successful future of our Motherland".  The program is composed of three main blocks: "What we've done", "What we will do" and "Our main goals". Among the things that have been done the program enlists "building of our own state", "saving the country from robbing", "supporting business initiative", "guarantee of full employment" etc. It is also stated that Belarusians "started to live better", but "are capable of more". 

Aliaksandr Lukashenka promises to go on "building of independent, original Belarus", which has no intention to be "someone's affiliate". It is declared in the pre-electoral program that "the life level in Belarus will reach the European" by 2015. Lukashenka says that "a person has always been the most important value" in his policy. 

Among the "main goals" there are strengthening the nation, increasing each citizen's prosperity, improving social protection, granting the world level of medical services, construction of 10 million square meters of accomodation facilities per year, strengthening the national currency, creating a new face of the Belarusian economy, keeping peace and consent in the society and others. 

Lukashenka promises "full freedom to initiative" and says: "The following principle will be implemented in the country: what is not prohibited directly, is allowed".
