Activist of “Young Belarus” confesses he was recruited by KGB (photo)

An activist of “Young Belarus” Andrei Kuzminski told about the pressure exercised on him by KGB to journalists in Lutsk, Ukraine, on June 10.
According to Andrei, employees of the fourth KBG department Raman Sivuhin and Dzmitry Hancharyk made him sign an agreement to cooperate with KGB. (Sivuhin dealt with the case of “Partnership” in 2006 and Hancharyk – with the case of “Malady Front” in 2007.) The agreement on cooperation was signed by major-general Vadzim Zaitsau on behalf of KGB.

Kuzminski said that the main goal they set for him was to discredit the leader of “Young Belarus” Artur Finkevich. Kuzminski had to leave Belarus in connection with persecution conducted by security agencies.
