13 people to get Nobel Prize today (video)
The ceremony will be held in the Swedish and Norwegian capitals.
The Nobel Prize will be awarded in Oslo and Stockholm this Wednesday. The winners were announced in October. Traditionally, the award ceremony is held on December 10 – the day when the founder of the prize, Swedish inventor and industrialist Alfred Nobel, died.
13 people will get the Nobel Prize this year, BBC reports. 13-year-old Pakistani human rights defender Malala Yousafzai and 60-year-old Indian activist Kailash Satyarthi will get eth Peace Nobel prize in Oslo. The other prizes will be awarded at Stockholm Philharmonic Society. King of Sweden Carl XVI Gustaf will take part in the ceremony.
