Lukashenka and Zelenski: first meeting

Alyaksandr Lukashenka and Vladimir Zelenski have met for the first time. The Presidents of Belarus and Ukraine are conducting negotiations in Zhytomir where the II Regional Forum of Belarus and Ukraine is being held now. They are planning to discuss Belarus-Ukraine relations as well as the regional and international policy.
Lukashenka did not believe that Zelenki would win the presidential election. However, he spoke very well of him afterwards.
Vladimir Zelenski met Alyaksandr Lukashenka at the airport. Lukashenka arrived by helicopter. The negotiations will be conducted in the building of the regional administration.
"We will always be your very good and trustworthy adherents and partners,” the Belarusian leader told the Ukrainian President.
